DERIVATION OF AUTHORITY
These regulations derive their authority from the constitution of Anaedo Social Club International (National). Where these regulations and bye-laws conflict with the said constitution, the provision of the National Constitution will prevail.

ENROLMENT
a. The application form for a prospective member shall be submitted to the house in advance by the sponsor(s).
b. The sponsor(s) will answer questions to the best of his/their knowledge with regard to the prospective member.
c. Interview of the prospective member will take place during the next general meeting following the submission of the application form, or on any other date approved by the executive. The interview panel shall declare their recommendation to the general meeting.
d. The interviewing panel will consist of three standing members appointed by the chairman.
e. On acceptance, the member will produce the following to validate his membership:
   i.   Enrolment fee of £1,000.00
   ii.  Contingency fee of £50.00
   iii. One bottle of Remy Martin VSOP 70cl
   iv.  One bottle of Moet Chandon Champagne 70cl
   v.   Two cartons of Nigerian Guinness (small bottles)
   vi.  Eight pieces of Kola nuts
   vii. Prospective member shall be a member of his town's union's meeting or local government union.
